:damphyr: Here is a list of the Gods that you can choose to make a camper for.
Are there any minor Gods you'd like to see added to the list? Lemme know, I'll look into it.

Children of Hera, and Artemis will not be accepted.  No children of titans will be accepted, either. Permission to make a Big Three characters can be purchased here

:bulletorange: Major Gods:

Demeter:
Goddess of Agriculture
Symbols: Torch, Corn plant
Characteristics: They would probably be really good with growing and caring for plants. Demeter being one of the quieter Gods, her kids would probably inherit some of this too. They shouldn’t be very confrontational, being happy as long as their plants are okay.

Ares:
God of War
Symbol: A bloody spear, a wild boar
Characteristics: Ah, the Ares cabin, a place where the bullies run free. Of course, not all of Ares children are bullies, but most of them are, and the rest are probably shit disturbers none the less, just like their daddy. Being children of the God of War, they well, are pretty into the violence and bloodshed that comes with being a half blood. They would probably love to start fights around the camp anyway they can, and train, A LOT.

Athena
Goddess of Wisdom, War, and Useful Arts
Symbol: The Owl
CharacteristicsThese are kids good with battle strategy, problem solving, and reason. These kids are smart and cautious. Unlike the Ares kids that’ll charge into battle, swords first, Athena kids think it through, and usually come out on top. These guys love learning things like history, architecture, and technology, and reading just about anything.

Apollo
God of archery, music, poetry, medicine, and the sun.
Symbol: the lyre, laurel wreath
Talents: archery, music, poetry, medicine
Characteristic: Narcissistic, laid back, parties, attention seeking, helpful, and multitasking. They're probably usually kind, but don't take criticism well.

Artemis:
Symbols: The Deer, The Moon
Talents: Archery, hunting, wilderness survival.
Characteristics: Keep to themselves, don't like/trust boys, probably see having romantic involvement as a weakness.

Although you may NOT have Artemis children, here are some things you should keep in mind when making a hunter. First off, HUNTERS ARE NOT ALLOWED TO DATE. Any hunter caught being romantic with the boys at camp, will cease to be a hunter. No exceptions, it's the life they chose. They probably wouldn't be too friendly with boys, either. They do not flirt, nothing like that. NONE. They probably won't be too keen on the Apollo kids, either.
Also, these girls ARE immortal, so they can be a bit faster and stronger than some of the campers. They also have this glow about them, kinda like the moon. Just some stuff to keep in mind.

Hephaestus
God of blacksmiths and fire
Symbol: The anvil and hammer
Talents: Building, forging, inventing, fixing anything mechanical.
Characteristics: Very creative and crafty, mainly with metals. They should be amazing with machines, able to build almost anything, but not so great with people. Hephaestus kids tend to be a bit socially awkward. Definitely not afraid to get elbow deep in oil.

Note: Yes, Leo can create fire with his hands, but this is a very RARE talent, and no characters will be accepted with it. Maybe later on, they'll be a way of earning this power, but as of right now, no guys, sorry.

Aphrodite
Goddess of Love and Beauty
Symbol: The Dove
Talents: Being attractive, definitely. Fashion, charm-speak, make up, accessorizing, and being attractive.
Characteristics: Very pretty. Vain, narcissistic, materialistic, social, gossipy, love to party, neat and tidy, perfectionists. Can range between super nice, and mean, evil, and nasty. Not too into all that fighting nonsense, they might mess up their hair.

Note: The right of passage for a child of Aphrodite is to get someone to fall in love with you, and to break their heart into little bitty pieces. This is something most Aphrodite kids would want to accomplish, to please their mother. They can't all be Pipers, kay? Also, Charm-speak is suppose to be uncommon, but I'll be lenient on it for the most part. Although, you character SHOULDN'T be super amazing at it, they're just kids. Just note me along with your app, explaining a bit about your character charm-speak talents, and you should be fine.

Hermes
God of the Roadways, Travelers, Merchants and Thieves
Symbol: the caduceus
Talents: Stealth, fast, good at getting away with things, persuasive. When I think Hermes, I think sales/business men.
Characteristics: Mischievous, sneaky, cunning. Probably pretty persuasive, when they're trying to get/sell something, although there is probably usually a catch. Trouble makers and pranksters. And from the way they made them seem in the first book, good at sneaking in video games and other electronic equipment. They aren't too keen on playing fair, either.

Dionysus
God of Wine
Symbol: the leopard, the grape vine
Talents: Probably cooking and preparing food and drink. Good with vine growing plants like Grapes and strawberries. Can be good with head games, Dionysus is in charge of insanity, after all.
Characteristics: Love to party and drink, but do remember they are underage, so keep that a secret. The Dionysus sons in the book were overweight. I don't think this is necessary, but it's something to think about.

Minor Gods

Tyche
Goddess of good luck and fortune
Symbol: a cornucopia (the horn of plenty), an orb.
Characteristics: Helpful, caring, lucky, like to gamble, and participate in contests and competition. It's good to have these kids on your side, things tend to go their way. But, like their mother, they tend to help out those who have earned it.

Hecate
Goddess of magic, crossroads and ghosts
Symbol: Twin Torches
Characteristics: The darker kids at the camp. Probably preferring to dress in dark colours. They are crafty and mysterious, and have a bit of a mean streak when you get on their bad sides.

Note: Yes, these kids have magical abilities, but more for morphing and persuasion. (Almost like a charm speak, but more powerful and controlling) But remember, everyone is in training, and not masters of their powers.

Iris
Goddess of the rainbow, messenger of the gods
Symbol: The rainbow, staff of a herald.
Characteristics: Kind and helpful, very stealthy, good at not being seen when they don't want to be. But at the same time, bright and fluorescent.

Nemesis
Goddess of Revenge
Symbols: Lash, sword, wheel.
Characteristics: Vengeful and spiteful backstabbers. They'd probably be that kid running around, telling lies to break up relationships, and just spread bad luck and grief all around. I can't see them being very fond of the Aphrodite kids, seeing as they tend to get things without deserving (Which Nemesis HATES) just because they're pretty.

Janus
God of beginnings, choices and doorways
Symbol: Two faces
Characteristics: Two faced, can be a great person, or your worst nightmare. Probably very confusing, like to play head games. There isn't much about this God, so be creative!

Nike
Goddess of Victory
Symbol: Golden laurel wreath
Characteristics: Hard working, competitive, sore losers, brave, and skillful. Probably close with the Athena campers. They make an awesome team.

Hypnos
God of Sleep
Symbol: Poppy stem and a branch dripping in water from the River Lethe. Upside-down torch.
Characteristics: LOVE to sleep, but have really good memories. Very good at making other people forget things, and if you ever need a lullaby before bed, these are the guys to ask. Just being around them will make you tired.

Nyx
Goddess of Night
Symbol: Shadows
Characteristics: Nyx kids, obviously, prefer darkness, and have trouble sleeping at night. Their skin and eyes are very sensitive to light, so they tend to wear clothes that cover a lot of skin. Bathing suits are pretty much out of the question. Their demigod powers are stronger at night, and they are generally weaker during the day.  They’re hair and eye colour can range in colour, but is usually darker, and their skin is almost always pale.  Nyx children tend to be very powerful and beautiful.

WARNING: Applications for children of Nyx will be judged a lot harsher, so only make one if you are confident in your roleplaying and character creating abilities. I will not be accepting emo, gothic, and skull wearing, cutter characters. TRY to be a little more creative than that.

Boreas
God of the North-winds
Symbol: Conch shell and a billowing cloak
Characteristics: Swift as the wind and cold to the touch, this is one cool cabin. Their hair will blow constantly and their breath will frost when they talk. They are usually strong, and can be pretty violent. Don't try too cool them down, like their father, there an unforgiving bunch of demigods.

Momus
The God of Mockery, Poets, Writers, Satire, Evil-spirited Blame, and Unfair Criticism. Yeah, he gets around.
Symbol: A mask
Characteristics: Pains in the ass. These demigods will find fault in everything. EVERYTHING. They are bullies, snitches, liars, doing anything they can to stir the pot. They probably tend to avoid the Hephaestus kids, because Momus once mocked their father. Same with Aphrodite and Zeus. They are cruel in their words, but not always in their actions, meaning their talents and strengths range. Some might be large and build, or a skinny little coward. Be creative.

Pan
God of the Wild
Symbol: Pan Pipes.
Characteristics: These campers are usually earthy, strong minded, go getters. They spend a lot of their time outside, doing physical activities. They probably aren’t the scholars of the camp, but I doubt you can get a tent up faster than them. Their father is already faded, so these campers should be in there 17-18. Their very serious about protecting the planet and all of its inhabitants. They probably have a very wild, untamed look about them. I’m not talking Tarzan here, but they are definitely not Aphrodite kids.

WARNING: They look human, guys. I don’t want any campers with horns and such. HUMAN. HUUUUMAN.

Perhaps you could look into adding Asclepius as a minor god? Research would need to be done of course, but he is the god of medicine and healing. His staff (the Rod of Asclepius) is still used as a symbol of medicine and medical professions today. I could see a lot of his children becoming doctors, nurses, pharmacists, etc. and he seems like a reasonable deity to add to the list.
